New Guns

Added three new guns today and did some more stuff.
- Added a mouse sensitivity option
- Settings are saved now
- Fixed a bug where the pause menu buttons wouldn't scale with resolution
- Fixed a bug where the dark background, in the Game Over screen, didn't always cover the entire screen.
- Added dark background in the pause menu and the options menu
- Added an Assault Rifle, Shotgun, and Sniper
